Tom Reynolds

Owner & Personal Trainer

With over 2 decades of Personal Training experience spanning England, Australia and
New Zealand I have had a lifelong career in Health and Fitness. I am dedicated to stay relevant in a dynamic industry and have multiple qualifications from leading experts of health and fitness from around the world.


My approach to training incorporates the
need to balance exercise, recovery, nutrition and education, so you will be in safe hands as you are guided through your own individual journey to a healthier, fitter, stronger version of you.


I specialize in all areas, sports performance, rehabilitation, strength and conditioning
and nutritional coaching. I also have been coaching kids and really find great reward
to helping kids find their self confidence through sport and exercise.


My goal is to help people live their lives to the fullest, pain free and moving
effectively and efficiently.

I have worked in the fitness for 20 years, since I was 20 years old, from being a fitness coach on the gym floor, teaching group fitness classes, personal training,sales and customer service and managing a 5 star health club in Sydney, I’m back doing what


I absolutely love which is working with people one on one. My personal training relationship with my clients extends past the gym, I send my
clients weekly check ins to keep them accountable and am at the end of the phone if they just need that little bit of extra help. With me you get a hard, butt busting workout but also a friend who wants you to be the best version of yourself.
